Welcome to The Refill Machine- a unique mobile zero waste shop based in the Downpatrick area.
We plan on selling a variety of loose dried foods and eco household products. You simply order online and we deliver straight to your door, making reducing your plastic waste easy and convenient.
At the moment we are focusing on household cleaning and personal care items but plan on adding exciting new products in the near future. Keep your eyes peeled!
We currently deliver to the following local areas: BT24, BT30, BT31 and BT33. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area or you fall just outside of these postcodes please email us and we will try to accommodate you. We do not ship/post to any addresses.
Collection is also available at Rockhouse Farm, 157 Crossgar road, Saintfield, BT24 7JJ (in the byre). Orders can be collected from 2pm every Thursday.
Orders for collection must be placed by 5pm on the Wednesday if the order is to be collected the following day.
How it works
Browse through our shop and add the items you would like to your cart. All liquid refills are sold in multiples of 100 grams, so you can specify the quantity you would like.
To place your order online you can either create an account which saves time for future orders or continue as a guest. Please note there is a £10 minimum spend. Once your order has been processed we will contact you regarding delivery.
All liquid refills will be delivered in labelled glass or re-used plastic containers which you can decant and use. Please hold on to these containers and on your next delivery day leave them out for us and we will swap them with full ones.
Operating just like an old fashioned milkman helps reduce the consumption of single use plastic and also prevents an accumulation of bottles and containers in your house.
